Victory Venkatesh and Trisha's combination Ganga-The Bodyguard is currently undergoing the shooting phase. Latest news is that Ganga The Bodyguard audio is likely to release on 1st October and the movie will hit the big-screens on 26th October on the eve of Diwali says the sources. The first look of the movie was out few days back.

The story of the film is based on Malayalam Remake. The same film is remade in Tamil with Vijay and Asin in the leads roles and became blockbuster at box-office. It was also remade in Hindi with Salman Khan and Kareena  in the lead and became blockbuster with record first day collections.

The combination of Venkatesh and Trisha is hit pair in Tollywood and it is the third film coming in the combo. Previously, they acted in Adavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule and Namo Venkatesha.
Gopichand Malineni fame of Ravi Teja's Don Seenu is directing this film. Saloni is doing second heroine role in this movie. Prakash Raj, Dr Brahmanandam, Ali, Venu Madhav, Chandra Mohan, Tanikella Bharani, Subbaraju and others are playing lead roles in the movie. Bellamkonda Suresh produced it on Sri Sai Ganesh productions banner. Thaman is the music director.

Story::

Movie starts of wid Flashback episodes of Prakash raj in 1980's

Present Mahesh is Son of Prakash raj n Story is same as updated in our community yesterday...Mahesh team is assigned task of catching a goon Nayak (Sonusood ) n he catches a close follower of Nayak..The person under custody of Mahesh Team was shot dead So mahesh team gets suspended.. To catch culprits mahesh n Co goes to Turkey.. there Mahesh falls in Love of Samantha... As story sets back to India Prakash raj comes out from Coma after 14 yrs n Doctors advices his family not to Hurt him inanyway n Keep him happy... So Mahesh plays the role of Local MLA n Director role to keep his father happy n in the Interval bang Mahesh comes
to know the incidents that lead to his Father's Coma.. He comes to know the person is the goon he is searching For Nayak( Sonu sood ) n rest of story deals how Mahesh wid help of his team takes revenge on them...



Analysis::

1st half is the out-standing part of movie.. Expect 3 to 4 sentiment scenes that do not potray any emotion..
The 1st half is an out n out comedy n action entertainer

2nd haf deals wid the revenge episodes.. Revenge episodes r seemed to be dragged.. But in middle the Hilarious comedy
sequence of MS narayana consisting of Spoofs keeps the audience relief... Over all the 2nd half seemed to be dragged

Music by Thaman is Good n Songs came really well on screen.. i think Thaman gave the Tunes that an acion flick need with
Romantic n mass songs proving he is a Drummer...BGM is gud

Choreography is decent.. Ne dhuukudu Song is picturaised regularly but Mahesh adds Charm to d song.. Guruvaram is shot
in exotic locations n choreographed decently... Chuki bhuli seems to be shot inspired by Kilimanjaro song frm Robo..
Here comes Povoi povoi starring Parvathi melton She is gorgeous n song came really well.. Dethadi song is a pakka mass
song that is choreographed in a massy manner.. The last song in Album is nt upto expectation

Cinematography is excellent... Editing shoud be done better in 2nd half since run time of movie is 2:50 hrs.. Screenplay
should hav been better in a gripping way in second half...

Mahesh carries d entire film oh his shoulders n Sam has a Limited screen presence.. Brahmi has done a full length character

Story:

Narayana (Rajiv Saluri) a middle class guy tries to kill himself. He happens to meet Karthik (Navadeep) at his suicide spot. And karthik asks his troubles that leads him to death. Narayana narrates his story to karthik.

Narayana belongs to middle class family, who is an engineering student. Meanwhile he falls in love with Keerthi (panchi bora). And he ends his story with saying about things that happens to him after falling in love. Karthik promises him to help.

And the story again begins to seem beautiful for Narayana. Karthik starts being friendly with keerthi and Narayana. It looks like kartik and keerthi fell in love with each other for Narayana. Is that true and who is Karthik? What are the reasons that lead Narayana to suicide forms rest of the story...

Performances:

Navdeep with all his experience in his career has given a decent performance in the film. He has shown a lot of maturity in acting. Rajiv Salur, who played the role of a lover boy, too has done justice to his role. However, he has to improve his body language and facial expressions. Panchi Bora looks cute and glamorous. But she has to learn the basics of acting, as her face is devoid of expressions. Other artistes, including Bhanu Chander as hero’s father, Pragati as hero’s mother, Rao Ramesh as principal, Dharmavarapu Subrahmanyam as a hen-pecked husband are good. Those who played the hero’s sidekicks tried their best to tickle the funny bones of audiences.

Technical:

There is not much to talk about the technicians. Cinematography is just above average, while editing is also not so sleek but okay. Music by Mantra Anand is average as there are no foot-tapping songs and are not so appealing. Background score is also on the same lines. The director should be patted for his idea of explaining the real meaning of love with this film. Any true lover should not resort to extreme step of killing himself or turn violent and kill his love. Screenplay in the film is little embarrassing in the first half and it hints that the main story has some link with the cameo (Navdeep).

Finally: A good entertainer with message to youth.
